Insurance
Insurance plans, employee benefit plans, or extended health plans may cover services in part or fully. Please contact your provider directly to confirm coverage. You will be provided with a receipt upon payment that you can then submit for reimbursement.
Payment
We require a credit card to be placed on file when you book your initial appointment as part of the intake process. This saves time during and after the session and allows more time to focus on what you are coming in for. Session payment will be processed following your session and you will receive a receipt marked paid that you are then able to submit for reimbursement.
We do not accept eTransfer, cash or cheque at this time.
Missed Appointments
Your session time has been reserved especially for you. We ask that you provide 24- hour notice for cancellations. Cancellations that do not occur prior to the 24- hour cancellation window will be subject to the full fee for the sessions. It is the responsibility of the client to attend or reschedule their session based on the scheduling and confirmation of the scheduled date and time
